    today we are talking about some foundational ways to ritualise and ceremonialise our life - how to bring intention, intuition and connecting into our everyday; ways to truly process, decompose, and integrate the past, and fully embody and step into the next chapter whole and connected.this is especially relevant as we continue to move into this new year, and as we let go of past relationships - especially on valentine's day. we go into what it means to cross a threshold, what it means to cut chords and why these topics are grounding, supportive and crucial no matter who you are and what you are moving through. although seemingly very woo woo and esoteric, these are truly grounded, practical rituals that you can bring into your everyday. we talk about the how, why, what and when of these practices and go into detail about how to create your own threshold crossing and cord cutting rituals for yourself.     imbolc... but make it ritual

    welcome to our monthly ritual of creating a ceremony for a moment on the wheel of the year. today we are ritualising Imbolc. officially celebrated on February first, Imbolc is the moment in-between the winter solstice and spring equinox. it is such an important moment to celebrate because it allows us to reignite our hope that winter is almost over and spring is right around the corner. it allows us to pause in-between the depths of winter, before the embodiment and action that spring will bring, and prepare to plant our seeds of intention. whether we see or feel signs of spring approaching, this is a moment to mark the passage of time. to celebrate the renewal of earth. to acknowledge the perfection of our seasons, nature’s cycles. to bow down to mother nature and how she revives us and sparks our souls alight once more, just when we thought we couldn’t keep going any longer. join us as we create a full ceremony for Imbolc, complete with grounded rituals to incorporate into your day to day life, in order to pause, prepare and be with this moment. read the full ceremony on substack SIGN UP FOR THE INTUITIVELY WILD IRL WAITLIST

    grounding into the new year

    the unending spiral of becoming - reflecting on 2025

    I recorded this in December of 2024 for Youtube and I wanted to re-air it here, in December 0f 2025, as a moment for us all to press pause and process this past year. The messages, lessons and moments shared here still feel relevant and connected, yet it is crazy how different life feels - both personally and collectively.It is a testament to the fact that growth is a spiral, unending and layered, and sometimes the most transformative transmutations are inward processes, or private moments that not everyone sees. I can't wait to move out of this in-between inward year I just moved through and share more outwardly all the growth and becoming in 2026. For now, Happy New Year!!!!!! I hope you take this time to reflect and look back on who you were a year ago and process all that has happened for you.

    our community 2025 reflections - revealing the truth

    As the year comes to a close, I wanted to do a really special episode for our reflections on 2025. I didn’t want to solely focus on my own reflections, or even have it be a guest episode - I wanted to highlight more of us, as a community and a collective. I wanted to be able to find a way to have us all come together and reflect. To share some of our experiences and bask in the humanness that we all hold, and that this year specifically brought up for us. I asked some close friends, family, neighbours, mentors, guides and friends on instagram and compiled a list of people’s responses. I hope you find yourself among these. I hope these help spark some of your own deeper reflections and process some of your own lessons and allow you to feel connected, supported, grounded.  This was a pivotal year for many of us, a turning point, a shifting, an in-between.
