Justin and Luke -- Steve mentioned this one a while back and it seems to have done well for me. Some appreciation and over a 9% yield for the past one year plus. With rate cuts more likely than not in the next 6 to 12 months, what do you think of PTY? If history is an indication the chart seems to indicate it can go up to $17 to $20 from its current $14.45. And still pay a 7 to 9% dividend? Thanks as always. Islamabad Don

My question is directed to Justin and if RICK (RCI Holdings) is still a worthwhile hold and if it’s time to scoop up more? My avg cost basis is $58 and currently sits at a 3% allocation of my overall portfolio. If memory serves me you liked the moat, would this be a buy at these levels or is the thesis broke?? I still have room to add in this space…...
