Norma, I love your podcast and hearing about your wellness journey. I am grateful that you have the platform to disseminate this information to a huge audience! I myself strive to live it everyday and in my practice as a psychiatrist these are the things I recommend to patients. (In fact I’m opening a brain healthy boutique alongside my practice so I can make recommendations and have fantastic tech, tools, tinctures, etc. on hand to equip people with!) I cannot stand the pharmaceutical mentality and do not think it is in any way, shape or form the first line treatment for distress that people have. I just listened to your episode with Dr. Weil and when/if you need me I am ON BOARD with the wellness army!! More questions and more listening and less about yourself and your thoughts

So, after listening to this podcast about kidney energy... my question is... if you restore your kidney energy... does your gray hair eventually return to its original color? Or does less gray hair grow in? I’m 37, and have A LOT of gray hair but it is covered, of course, with hair color.... I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast and am so glad I discovered it. Thank you for the info!
