Living Intentionally

Callie Ammons

Hey friend, welcome to Living Intentionally! I'm Callie Ammons, and I’m all about creating a space to be real and connect with other women who crave living life with deep intention. For a big chunk of my life, I was just going through the motions, but in my early 20s, I had a realization—when you choose to live with intention in all things, joy and gratitude naturally follow. Even more than that, you develop a deep love for the day-to-day and an appreciation for the process of becoming who you were made to be. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about truly cherishing the life you’ve been given. In each episode, we’ll dive into topics that help us both embrace intentional living—whether it’s in motherhood, personal growth, or creating spaces that inspire. Think of this podcast like meeting up with me for a coffee date, leaving you feeling uplifted and motivated to live your best life. I’m so happy you’re here!

You’re Not Broken — You’re Just Uninformed (Dr. Lindsay Unpacks the Truth) PART 2

This is the best part of my conversation with Dr. Lindsay—and it’s the one I believe every parent, especially moms, needs to hear. In this episode, we break down the science behind holistic health in a way that actually makes sense. Dr. Lindsay explains the differences between naturopathic medicine, homeopathy, herbal remedies, and other holistic modalities—and why they matter for your family’s long-term health. We dive deep into children’s health: nutrition, behavior, and the powerful connection between what’s happening internally and how it shows up externally—like eczema, poor sleep, tantrums, hyperactivity, and more. We also talk about the massive impact a parent’s stress has on the whole household, and how learning to regulate your own nervous system is just as important as the food on your child’s plate. This conversation is empowering, clarifying, and deeply encouraging. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the world of natural health or unsure where to begin, this episode will give you real clarity and confidence to take the next step. CONNECT WITH DR. What If You’re Meant to Leave What’s Working? | Why I Just Closed a Door to a Successful Career

Sometimes the hardest decisions aren’t about leaving what’s broken—they’re about walking away from what’s still working. In today’s episode, I’m opening up about a big shift I’ve made recently: stepping away from my real estate career to fully step into 55 Miles, the company Kramer and I are building together. This isn’t just about a career change—it’s about alignment, clarity, and trusting the deeper pull in your soul when something no longer fits. I’m sharing my personal journey through multiple pivots (including walking away from Enneagram coaching), what finally gave me the courage to leave a successful path behind, and the questions I asked myself to make sure I was moving from purpose, not pressure. If you’ve been asking yourself, “Is it time to make a change?” or “Why does this thing that should feel right no longer light me up?”—this episode will speak to you. Whether you’re in a thriving job, business, or role that looks good on paper but doesn’t feel right anymore, I’ll walk you through how to discern your next step and make bold moves with intention.   LET'S STAY CONNECTED 🫶🏼 SUBSTACK 🧡 @callieammons My website: callieammons.com My Instagram: @callieammons My TikTok: @callieammons20 Email: contact@callieammons.com Products to make your life SIMPLE!
