Like so many said before, this Podcast is like sitting down with old friends and having a good ol’ heartfelt, yet funny chat about life. Everything is relatable and people can always find a takeaway or just something to make them realize they are not alone in this world. Stephanie does a phenomenal job at finding guests and really digging deep into some serious topics. Definitely give it a listen!

I’m really enjoying this podcast. I love how honest, vulnerable and heartfelt they get on this show. Especially the episode about anxiety which I deal with and have been wondering if I have ADD my whole life. People just don’t discuss these things but it’s so important that we do. And this podcast always brings in light hearted humor to keep you feeling positive about yourself and I just love that!
