    Mike Sales, creator and writer of the graphic novel Disturbin’ the Peace, a story about family, community, and what it takes to keep your loved ones safe. From his website: “Best described as ‘The Wire meets Marvel Comics’, Disturbin’ The Peace tells the story of Nefertiti, a single mom who splits her time raising her son and looking out for the folks in her neighborhood. But she breaks a gang truce to save a young girl and sets off a chain of events that puts her whole family in jeopardy.” Mike is a creator with an imagination that is only matched by his knowledge. Talking about his favorite comics with him was an educational and entertaining experience for me. Listen in and I’m certain it will be an educational and entertaining experience for you as well.
