I just want to listen to them discuss ALL the things. Katie has thee best humor and Jordan is always ✨energy✨on! This show is a great resource of knowledge and perspective gleaned from lived years of experience in CrossFit and fitness lifestyle; not only from Katie and Jordan but from their special guests as well.

Much like Jordan’s crop tops and booty shorts, It Depends is a tight, short, and functional review business of fitness, especially CrossFit, that reveals everything you could want to know about running a gym. Katie and Jordan bring an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience in the space. If you own, work in, or plan to own a gym, this podcast is one area where “it depends” is false. It does not depend. It is a 100% must listen.

Jordan and Katie are simply the best. Not only are they hilarious, but the information they’re putting out there about the CrossFit community and the fitness industry as a whole is invaluable as an affiliate owner. They are in the trenches, not up in an ivory tower with theoretical best practices, they know what’s going on and practical in an actual brick and mortar gym. I look forward to every new episode!

This is one of the rare podcasts that I would be willing to listen to each episode more than once. The banter, the insights, the quality of guests add so much value.
