It is That Deep is a weekly conversation surrounding Mental Health &Wellness, Personal Growth, and Everyday Living. These discussions consist of relevant topics to the community as a whole to promote growth. As we talk about life’s experiences pertaining to healing, coping, and all things mental health. In each episode, we will dive into different topics. This podcast is hosted by two Mental Health Therapists that are focused on ending the negative stigma of mental health in the African American Community.
