She currently serves as an administrator with Seminole County Public Schools, where her leadership has positively influenced more than 1,200 students and families through improved engagement, achievement, and school climate. Before that, she led a multi-million-dollar Community Partnership Schools initiative, coordinating cross-sector teams and expanding access to mentoring, tutoring, and enrichment programs. Jania is also the founder of Jania Fuller Consulting, where she helps schools and organizations embed equity and inclusive practices into their culture. You may also know her as the co-host of The Be Ready Podcast, where she explores leadership, resilience, and the kind of honest conversations that move communities forward. She’s been recognized with honors like the Downtown Orlando Partnership Golden Brick Award, SCPS Teacher of the Year Semifinalist, and Social Worker of the Year. But beyond all of her professional brilliance, Jania is someone who leads with authenticity, purpose, and heart.
