When it comes to mental health, I fall into the categories "curious about" and "adjacent-to" and, as a layperson, I appreciate the straightforward and frank approach Ely has taken with this podcast. Unlike many others, this resource is about the everyday human and their personal experience with mental health in a very accessible context - wanting to survive & thrive and finding ways to do that with a heavier psychological backpack than many of us have. I appreciate that the podcast is not a glorified infomercial and it inspires me to pursue something similar.
