She was bright, tattooed, and full of life—but within 24 hours of landing in the Permian Basin, that life was shrouded in a terrifying mystery. Before her phone went dark, Caitlin sent a series of desperate messages to her family, stating she was "afraid for her life" and was with a person who would get angry when trying to force himself on her and she rejected. She was last seen at a Midland Walmart, and despite sightings of a specific Ford F-250 and a mysterious RV, the trail has remained cold for over 8 years.
