    S03E03: Recent Crime Cases

    This episode features four stories that occurred in recent years, some of which are still ongoing. #1 Rachel Henry On January 20, 2020, members of 22-year-old Rachel Henry's family were present at their Prague, Oklahoma home when all three of Rachel's children were discovered deceased on the living room couch, staged to look as if they were sleeping. #2 Neil Howard On September 13, 2023, 46-year-old Neil Howard was drunk when he attacked his 60-year-old mother, Norma Caraker in their home with a bungee cord. He wrapped it around her neck and left her body in her bed. He made an attempt to accuse an assailant that broke in, but was ultimately arrested as his story did not line up. It was said that Neil was tired of his mother dating and not giving him enough money. Neil was also tried in the 2005 murder of his father, but was acquitted. #3 Asia Guercy On January 26, 2025, 25-year-old Asia Guercy and her friend, 31-year-old Charles Dark were ran off the road by a vehicle being drove by Asia's husband, 31-year-old Isaac Albert Perez. The vehicle drove through a chain link fence and into a flood canal, instantly killing both Asia and Charles. #4 Sam Nordquist Sam was a 24-year-old bi-racial, transgender male who left his home in Minnesota to be with his lover he met online, 38-year-old Precious Arzauga. He was to stay with her for two weeks in Canandaigua, New York, but when his family stopped hearing from him from January to February 2025, they became concerned and sent police to check up on Room 22 at Patty's Lodge, a hotel considered a "last-resort" place for many down on their luck. Room 22 is where Sam and Precious had been staying. Sam's body was located on February 13 wrapped in plastic in a field about a 20-minute drive from the hotel. He had been beaten, tortured, and sexually assaulted for over a month, held hostage at the hotel by seven perpetrators.     S03E02: The Fisher Family Murders

    On the night of April 9, 2001, a loud argument could be heard coming from the Fisher family home in Scottsdale, Arizona between Robert Fisher and his wife, Mary Fisher. The next morning at around 8:42 AM, an explosion could be heard coming from the home which then erupted into flames. Upon investigation, the bodies found in the home were that of 37-year-old Mary Fisher, and the Fisher children, Brittney (10) and Robert, Jr. (Bobby, 12). The children's' throats had been slashed, and Mary suffered a gunshot wound to the back of the head. Robert Fisher was nowhere to be found. He had become the number one suspect. Police launched a search for Robert that has spanned 25 years, but so far, Robert remains missing.     S03E01: McKamey Manor: America's most "Extreme Haunted House"

    McKamey Manor, an extreme haunted house attraction that features survival horror-style events was founded by Russell McKamey and ran on his property in San Diego until it was moved to Tennessee in 2017. McKamey Manor has been the center of much controversy over the years due to how extreme the tours are for participants which often involves various styles of torture such as waterboarding, binding and gagging, force feeding them various unknown substances, and much much more. Participants have to sign a 40-page waiver, be 21 years old (or 18-20 with a parent's signature), and be physically and mentally cleared by a doctor before they can participate. The only entry fee for the tour is four cans of dog food or a large bag of dog food for Russ' dogs. Not only has the manor garnered negative attention, but Russ himself has for his recently dropped charges filed by his girlfriend and his video posts on YouTube and Tik Tok.     S02E31: Fed to the Pigs--The Susan Monica Story

    On January 20, 2014, Police brought 65-year-old pig farmer Susan Monica from Wimer, Oregon in for questioning after 56-year-old Robert Haney's family reported him missing. Police had discovered that Susan used Robert's EBT card in December at a local Walmart. Robert's family had not heard from him for several months before going to visit Susan's farm to see where there father was, as he had been working for her since the summer of 2013. He was nowhere to be found but his items and dog were left on the property. When police conducted a search of Susan's property, a human leg severed at the femur was located near Susan's home. Robert Haney had not been the only man to go missing on her property after answering a Craigslist ad for help around the farm, but another man, Stephen Delicino had vanished, as well. He had begun working for Susan in 2012. It was discovered that Susan had used the aid of her beloved pigs to help complete and conceal her crimes.     S02E30: The Case of Gwen Amber Rose Araujo

    On the night of October 3, 2002, Gwen Amber Rose Araujo, a transgender teen from California attended a party at a home rented by Jose and Paul Merel. Michael Magidson, Jason Nabors, Jason Cazares, Emmanuel Merel, and Nicole Brown were all present at the party. Upon learning that Gwen was biologically born a male, the men became irate that they had engaged in sexual acts with her previously. This led to a brutal attack on Gwen which ultimately caused her death. Gwen's case paved the way for important legislation being passed in California which aims to eradicate the use of the gay/trans panic defense in court cases.     S02E29: A Woman Scorned- The Case of Al Benitez and Elizabeth Reynolds

    Just before 7 AM on August 9, 2003, the Kleberg County Sheriff's office in Texas received a 9-1-1 from a man saying he had been shot. When police arrived at the scene of the man's home, they realized the victim was one of their own, Albert Benitez, a former police officer and border patrol officer who now spent his time training young police officers. He had been shot six times and his girlfriend, Elizabeth Reynolds had been kidnapped and taken away in Al's stolen car by the perpetrator. As details of the case came to light and another crime almost took Al's life once again, it began to become clear who really wanted to Al Benitez dead.     15-month-old Evelyn Boswell was reported missing by her maternal grandfather, Tommy Boswell, Sr. in February of 2020. He stated he had not seen Evelyn since November of 2019. An Amber alert was issued on February 19, 2020. Other accounts say she had been missing since December 10-11 of 2019 which is the last time her babysitter had seen her. Her mother, 18-year-old, Megan Boswell had made a series of contradictory statements to police and the media regarding the whereabouts of her daughter. Megan was later arrested for false reporting, and while in custody, police located the remains of missing Evelyn Boswell on the Boswell property on March 6, 2020. The investigation was far from over as detectives had to sift through the tangled web of lies spun by Megan to determine what really happened to little Evelyn.     On the morning of May 26, 1990, 40-year-old Marlene Warren was preparing breakfast for her son and his friends when she heard the door bell ring. Upon answering the door, she was greeted by a person dressed in a clown costume holding two foil balloons and a basket of carnations for her. When she reached for the gifts, the clown shot Marlene in the face and fled in their white Chrysler LeBaron. For 27 years, Marlene's case remained unsolved, despite having obvious suspects. With the advancements in DNA technology, Marlene's killer finally faced justice in 2017.
