I love this podcast! You cover topics that are so relatable and your podcast feels like talking with a close friend. The only thing I would say is as someone that has struggled with an ED it is not normal to eat less than your souse. You shouldn’t feel bad if you are a women and want to eat even more than your male spouse! Just thought I’d mention that since I was always embarrassed if I ate more than a male.
An amazing podcast + community
Paige is so committed to creating a safe space for vulnerable topics all across the board. She does a fantastic job letting her guests speak openly while supporting them and adding her own experiences. She is relatable, kind, funny, and does a fantastic job with all aspects of this podcast + community. If you haven’t listened yet, you’re missing out!
Really liked to hear about the community for people that want to be sober no matter what the reason
