    Meditation is for clearing the junk files from your mind .Negative self talk always trouble a person, bad past experience is stuck somewhere in mind and it creates problems in daily life and interferes with long standing goals.     CORONA VIRUS. Mall closed, theater closed, gym closed, garden closed. Is it life come to an end NO. It's just paused. Nature has given us a pause to reflect in our life. That come later What can be done? that come first So think about it worries, panics will not change problems But positive thoughts will keep us going So Take precautions, eat healthy, avoid social gathering, reflect on yourself and get back to work with new you after the Pause break It's just a pause, it's not an end.
