    No one is looking at you anyway

    We refuse to be pessimistic, hope is real, and we will heal and fight. Shell Top Adidas may just save the day. Top Gun and other movie and book reviews. Heidi regrets not being more assertive and we discuss why we sometimes back down to "keep the peace". Julie's husband starts a podcast and Heidi's husband likes to be uncomfortable and in the way. We discuss the beauty that is comfy clothes and a night alone.     Pajamas, no bra, hair flying, down in the elevator.

    Pickle Ball injury or peri-menopause, same thing? If you keep losing, just pick a new game. Julie got to do something pretty darn cool...but, had to leave her hubs at home. Heidi begins the journey of maybe, possibly, looking into finding a dog to adopt. Cats and dogs living in perfect harmony.... or total fear, either way. And, you'll be back at pickleball before you know it!
