    103: Following Dreams, an Update from Turin

    This is my first episode since December of 2023! Last year I did an experiment with my life and spent 4 months living semi-nomadically in Italy, mostly. That time period opened my mind to some new goals that lead me to where and what I'm doing now which is living in Turin, Italy as a student at The University of Turin studying archeology, in Italian. I wrote extensively about the concepts of Yes And and Following the Fun in my book AFTERLife, Waking up From My American Dream. They are tools that I'm still using and still amazed at the powerful impact one can witness when we say yes to what our hearts desire. In this episode I took some time to explain the process I've used over the last 14 years. I've been studying goal setting since I graduated college. It was an important part of my personal life and my professional life as a former financial planner. I developed this process over the course of my career and it works. So, if you are ready to build a plan that will move you steadily towards your dreams, this is the episode for you.
