Well...We Have a Plan!
It has been a while... It has been crazy on our end and we want to update all of you. Thank you to everyone who reached out asking where the podcast has been. It is because of you guys we are back!

This Was Excessive Force
Even though we don't see what happened before the cell phone video, it's hard to think of something that would cause this to be ok. Let's talk about it!

We Almost Forgot How to do This
Fumbling our way through this episode and dusting off the mics. Glad to be back, it was a crazy season for all of us.

You NEVER Know Who You Are Impacting
Last week Ryan had 20 presentations to over 9,000 students. He knows not every student will listen, but even if it impacts one, it was worth. Both AJ and Ryan's have been speaking more and share on that experience.

Amazing
Love what you guys are doing. I’m learning new things from y’all. Keep up the good work guys. May God bless you and your families.
Sad To Say I’m Starting To Lose Interest
Let my start by saying that I have been a loyal listener to the podcast for the last 5 years. I have also enjoyed following Ryan & AJ on their other platforms for just as long. However, I must admit I am starting to lose interest in what was once, HANDS DOWN my favorite podcast to tune in to! Now I am sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. It seems as when Ryan fully stepped down from being a LEO, the show started to really deteriorate in the consistent, reliable podcast episodes. I fully get life happens, we get busy etc but man just take a look at the last years podcast episode dates compared to the year prior.
If you guys aren’t going to be doing the podcast with as much effort and consistency just come out and say it upfront. It’s frustrating to see how it seems y’all are giving up on it. You guys have mentioned before how you’re sorry about this and that and that you’ll continue to drop episodes but never follow through. “We’ll see y’all next week! Peace” is how each podcast ends and then it never happens.
And I’m sure this will be read on the next episode of the podcast, and that’s ok. Maybe it will catch your guys attention and can share with the listeners to see if others agree. Maybe Ryan and AJ should have their own separate podcast. It seems most of the decisions on ItsNeeded are made by Ryan anyway.
Starting to give up on this podcast
Just come out and say you guys are no longer going to do the podcast. People would rather be told you’re moving on to do something else rather than check if you post a new episode each week. I’ve been listening to you guys for a while now and there’s one thing that I’ve notice is that you start something but won’t follow through with it. This podcast is starting to be that example.
