    Julian Goodwin-Ferris, Miami City Ballet Corps Member

    Today, we are joined by Miami City Ballet Corps de Ballet member Julian Goodwin-Ferris. Julian graduated from Indiana University in 2019 with a degree in Ballet and an outside field in Music. In this episode, we spoke with Julian about his early training years at the Houston Ballet School, his first season with Miami City Ballet, and how his education at IU helped him become a well-rounded dancer. Thanks for listening!   Update: This episode was recorded prior to Indiana University's decision to switch to online learning for the remainder of the spring semester due to COVID-19. We are extremely disheartened to share that we will not be debuting Sasha Janes' Cinderella as discussed in the podcast. While we will not get to perform this ballet, we are so proud of Sasha for putting together such a special production and we look forward to the day it will be seen by audiences! Until then, we hope that everyone stays safe and healthy.
