    The Future We Observe 🔮

    What if the future isn't something we simply arrive at? What if the way we observe a possible future becomes part of the way we move toward it? In this episode, I explore the relationship between observation, attention, intuition, expectation, and the futures we experience. I've been thinking about this through my own experiences with uncertainty, relationships, tarot, intuition, and the process of learning to stop waiting for one particular outcome. Our expectations influence what we notice. What we notice influences our emotional state. Our emotional state influences our choices. And our choices influence what becomes possible next. There is nothing mystical required to see this happening in our everyday lives. And yet, there are also experiences that raise deeper questions about intuition and our ability to sense possibilities before we consciously understand them. To what extent do we have creative control over what happens next and to what extent are things predestined? And to what extent are you unnecessarily fixated on a future outcome that you have made it your fate?

    Clarity Above Everything

    What if clarity isn't about having all the answers? What if it's about learning to trust the quiet knowing within, even when life doesn't yet make sense? In this deeply personal episode, I share the chapter I've been walking through over the past few months.     The Shaman & The Best Coffee ☕

    In this episode, I share a dream where a shaman was about to hand me the best coffee… but it didn't go as I hoped it would. The dream became a mirror. A lesson about attention. About energy. About the subtle ways we abandon ourselves without realizing it. Sometimes the “best coffee” is already being offered to us. A moment. A truth. A connection. A doorway. But our focus gets pulled elsewhere, often toward old patterns that still live in the nervous system. I open up about a recent dating experience that pulled me into yet another layer of a familiar dynamic. Except this time, instead of running away or trying to quickly close the chapter, I stayed with myself long enough to go deeper. And in that depth, I found key codes hidden beneath the pattern. This episode is about relationships as portals. About the intelligence hidden inside repetition. About learning to pay attention to where our life force goes. And about what becomes possible when we stop abandoning ourselves in the middle of the lesson. Maybe the subconscious isn’t trying to punish us by repeating patterns. Maybe it’s trying to hand us the best coffee.
