Cindy offers a clinical and spiritual perspective to discuss shadow work, navigating relational triggers, repairing conflict, relating to your partner with a different attachment style, navigating breakups, manifesting love, and more. The convo starts 8 minutes in. Cindy is a licensed psychotherapist with over 10 years in the Mental Health Clinical field. She is also an experienced trance-lucid channeler, certified Reiki practitioner, Medium, Akashic Reader and bridge between the spiritual and physical. Through her services of integrative psychotherapy and mentorship, clients can approach their healing journey with grounded clinical knowledge, as well as insight from their benevolent spirit helpers.
