Jay, Interrupted

I tuned in because I enjoyed Season 1 of Say It Anyway with Ryan and Jay. This first episode was funny, real, and relatable. Jay makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend who isn’t afraid to talk about life’s messy moments. Looking forward to the next episode!

Such a fun love this podcast! It feels like I’m sitting down with a friend over coffee and catching up on life. I love how real, relatable, and funny it is — from navigating life in your 40s, body changes, motherhood, learning real true friendships, and all the things we start reflecting on at this stage of life. It’s comforting, and feels like the kind of conversation you didn’t know you needed but it’s also funny and fun. Highly recommend!

I listened and it is a 5 Star Show! There’s something for everyone. I’d recommend it to anyone out there. Chef Dan was right to recommend this. Excellent. Enjoyed. 5 Stars.
