The House GOP Leadership stated, “By voting unanimously to bypass their constitutional responsibility, every single senate democrat has issued their full endorsement of the Biden Administration’s dangerous open border policies.”

Bill Bock (27:47) - An appeals court says the West Virginia transgender sports ban discriminates against a teen athlete according to Title 9. The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that the law cannot be applied to a 13-year-old who has been taking puberty-blocking medication and has identified as a girl since she was in 3rd grade.

Saurabh Sharma (35:47) - Authorities ordered a shutdown of The National Conservatism Conference in Brussels, citing “safety” reasons because Antifa rioters will protest the event. This seemed less about safety and more about political bias.
