Coach Zach was one of the first people who really influenced me not just as an athlete, but also in my decision to pursue an education in coaching. Back when I was coming up, there wasn’t nearly as much information available on strength and conditioning, especially tailored for wrestlers. We had to figure a lot out for ourselves. It started in my backyard with stones, pull ups on trees, and doing burpees on the dirt. But Coach Zach’s early YT videos and content were a game-changer. They gave me a blueprint when there weren’t many out there. He showed me the importance of not only training hard but training smart, and that planted the seed for me to go deeper into strength, conditioning, and ultimately coaching as a career. So thank you, Coach Zach even from those early days, your work impacted me in ways I’m still carrying forward with my athletes today. 💪🤼‍♂️

This is deft one of the best podcast out there , not only the information he gives out but his mindset which to me is very motivating . This is must listen for not only all coach’s but all athletes as well . A real old school mindset with a new school education philosophies.
