Many people begin to define themselves by labels like addiction, abuse, rejection, shame, or accomplishments, yet those things were never meant to determine our worth. Through Jesus Christ, believers are given a new identity rooted not in the opinions of others, but in Godโ€™s truth. Looking at the book of Ephesians, we are reminded that in Christ we are chosen, redeemed, forgiven, adopted into Godโ€™s family, saved by grace, and created with purpose. This episode encourages listeners to stop searching for identity in temporary things and instead rest in the unchanging truth that our identity is found in Christ alone, not in our past, our struggles, or the standards of the world.
