Jimmy Connors is a tennis legend having played professionally for over 30 years. His record 109 ATP tournament wins still stands today, & includes 8 grand slam singles titles. Brett Connors is a producer for Tennis Channel and has worked in live tennis production for 14 years. Having also traveled the tour with his father in the 80’s and 90’s this gives Brett a unique view of the sport.

    Alcaraz beats Sinner for 2nd US Open title, Sabalenka defends crown, Anisimova bounces back, Djokovic still 3rd best player, US Open recap

    Jimmy and Brett are joined once again by friend and tennis connoisseur Spencer Segura to break down all things US Open after attending the final weekend. Carlos Alcaraz has been amazing since Monte Carlo and continued his hot play in Flushing the past two weeks. He has now won 7 or the last 8 matches against Sinner and won his 6th major at just 22 years old. Djokovic is still the third best player in the world, he just can't beat Sinner and Alcaraz. Sabalenka was on a mission to win a slam after coming so close in the first 3 majors of the year. Beating 2 straight Americans to do so.     Alcaraz v Sinner in Cincy final, Atmane breaks through, Swiatek & Rybakina playing great

    Brett gives us a Cincinnati update as they head into the final weekend in Ohio. Sinner will play Alcaraz in the final for the 14th time in their young careers with Carlos leading the head 2 head 8-5. Terence Atmane made his breakthrough this week making a run to the SF's, beating two top ten players along the way. Can the he use this as a springboard going forward in his career? Swiatek and Rybakina have been playing some great tennis and play each other in the SF's in a popcorn matchup.     De Minaur wins Washington, Fokina comes up short again, big names skip Canada, Scheffler wins British Open

    Jimmy and Brett are back to discuss last weeks Washington results. Alex de Minaur saved 3 championship points to capture his first title of the season in dramatic fashion. Alejandro Davidovich Fokina played great tennis all week beating two top ten players along the way to the final. But could not close the match out losing 3 championship points to the Australian. This isn't the first time this has happen to the Spaniard this year. Sinner, Alcaraz, Djokovic, Draper and Sabalenka all decided to skip the Canadian Masters this week. This draws more attention to the fact of how long the tennis season really is and the demands it puts on the tops players who go deep every week. Scottie Scheffler did it again, won a big golf tournament. This time across the pond at the British Open defeating the rest of the field by at least 4 shots to pick up his 4th major so far.     Sinner gets revenge, Swiatek dominates, Wimbledon recap

    Jimmy and Brett break down the finals on a Wimbledon recap edition on the podcast. Jannik sinner gets revenge for the heart breaking loss to Carlos Alcaraz at Roland Garros to capture his first Wimbledon title. Sasha Bublik seems to have turned a new leaf the past few months and continued his good play in recapturing the Halle trophy, beating world number 1 Jannik Sinner along the way. Tommy Fleetwood came into the final round of the Travelers Championship with a lead looking for his first PGA title.
