Listening to Kelly's story made me feel like I'm not alone. I've never heard anyone describe exactly how I feel in my darkest moments of terror/panic. I'm hopeful hearing all the resources that have helped her, I'm excited to try them out
Thank you so much for this contribution Kelly and to you and your guests for sharing your stories so openly, I’m so grateful! I had encountered some painfully vindictive behavior recently and it occurred to me that perhaps at the root of this behavior is the human desire to relate to another’s pain to know we’re not alone in this experience. What we really need are more contributions like these as an outlet to relate to that pain in a constructive way that helps us all move forward. 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
My mental health struggles have been something I have been avoiding for a very long time. listening to this podcast is the first thing that that has truly inspired me to start working on healing myself. And not only inspired me to get started, but got me excited to start doing the work. Mental health is such a taboo topic still, and I think what Kelly is going with Joan is just so phenomenal! The podcast has made me laugh, it’s made me cry, and has been oddly comforting, showing me I’m not alone in my struggles. Keep up the amazing work Kelly,
I can’t wait to hear more!
