Making Fitness Podcasts Great Again!!
I have been listening to the industrial strength show and Joe D for approximately 5-6 years now and it has changed the way I train forever. Forget the fitness “influencers” and listen to a legit trainer that will actually get you lean and mean and more importantly HEALTHY. At 35 years old my shoulders and upper back have never been fuller or healthier. Give him a listen you won’t regret it. Rebuilt 2.0 and Built to Last were my go-to programs before Joe D launched Team Forever Strong on the Train Heroic App. I’ve been on the app since it came out and LOVE it. It takes all the guess work out of your training and provides 365 days of workouts plus the support of Joe and Smitty as well as the feedback from all the other members. Nothing but good things to say about this podcast. Joe is the perfect host, funny, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He makes the topics interesting and accessible even to those of us not in the industry without dumbing it down. When he does have guests on it always leads to an engaging conversation. It doesn't hurt Joe's a no-nonsense Jersey guy.
