A shout out
Dear Joe DeFranco, I really love your Podcast and everything that you do I just love. Especially the episode where you talk about building muscle and training your first Olympic Athlete. I’m 29 years old and I’m fit but I’m training to get leaner and healthier How do I do that? Because I have a four pack of abs and I work out harder than anybody else in the gym but I still get that stubborn skinny fat but I drink a lot of water Should I drink less water? And only drink it when I need it? I drink advanced nutrition protein shakes too. I just have these questions because I want to be healthier and I have diabetes that I’m trying to get rid of. Still Joe, love of what you do and what you point out on your podcast and you’re special to us and your family take care
The Only Podcast You Need For a Healthy Life
I’ve been listening to The Industrial Strength Show religiously for the last two years and over the last few weeks it finally hit me. I am the washed up athlete in his early 30’s that Joe frequently references. If it wasn’t for him who knows how long I would have continued training like I was still a college athlete. Joe has completely changed the way I am going to train moving forward with a focus on longevity. The inspiration was so much that I also purchased the SB911 program to really kickstart this newfound approach. I’d like to thank Joe now for probably saving my training career. I highly recommend this show for everyone looking to live a life that’s strong and long! #jerseymeathead
Joe speaks and instructs with decades of knowledge behind his words, however, he treats his craft with the humbleness and humility of a student. This is insanely refreshing in the fitness industry due to so many other trainers claiming their way is the only way, and that other methodologies are redundant. Joe covers these newly learned skills throughout his podcasts with amazing guests and explains intelligent ways to implement them within your current training programs. As someone whose body was pretty broken, this podcast has played a pivotal role in getting me back into the gym and back working towards my career and health goals. People pay 1000s of dollars for coaches to present all this information and this podcast hands them out free every week, so get the pen and notepad ready! Between the knowledge and the humor, whether you’re at work, commuting home, or sitting out back with a glass of whiskey, you can’t miss out on this podcast!
