Holy Grail of strength training podcasts
This is my favorite fitness training podcast. Joe D nails it every week with great info that is broken down and easy to digest. Most fitness podcasts talk about training, but Defranco pretty much gives a free audio lecture on how to specifically train that people pay hundreds of dollars to hear. 5 stars all the way!!! If you’re a SC or trainer and haven’t listened, then you need to knock out 50 and then go listen .

Top quality info from a REAL coach
All you need to know about Joe is summed up in the story of telling him in person how I came across his content years ago. I said, a guy you use to train in high school told me about your gym…
he stops me, “who?”
Oh a guy called Thad…
“THADDEUS?!”
… Years later Joe remembers a high school athlete he trained, no hall of fame NFL guy just one of thousands and he knew instantly who it was. That is how much he cares and that is the type of human and coach Joe is. Can’t recommend the podcast, the insider, the CPPS more- all incredible valuable to any coach, trainee, athlete or human who wants to be better, train longer and learn.
Joe is a valuable resource for EVERYONE! 10/10 podcast 10/10 guy and 10/10 recommend.
Ticket to GAINSville
I have been listening to the industrial strength show and Joe D for approximately 5-6 years now and it has changed the way I train forever. Forget the fitness “influencers” and listen to a legit trainer that will actually get you lean and mean and more importantly HEALTHY. At 35 years old my shoulders and upper back have never been fuller or healthier. Give him a listen you won’t regret it. Rebuilt 2.0 and Built to Last were my go-to programs before Joe D launched Team Forever Strong on the Train Heroic App. I’ve been on the app since it came out and LOVE it. It takes all the guess work out of your training and provides 365 days of workouts plus the support of Joe and Smitty as well as the feedback from all the other members. If you combine the advice from this podcast with Joe Ds supplement line, the only cold you’ll be catching is SWOLE-E-OSIS!
