More than ever before, athletes have been standing up for what they believe in, whether that is through charities, building organizations, or protesting with others in the streets in the fight for social justice. Why is this? Why has there been a greater amount of athletes participating in the fight for social justice and why has it become more accepted by sports leagues? Through interviews with professors, journalists, and professional athletes this podcasts looks at what activists today learned from the past, and why the fight for social justice has never been greater.
