Do you feel like you’ve literally tried everything to be happy? Maybe you feel a void, always looking for the next big thing, or maybe life’s been unfair, and you’ve legit been on the struggle bus just trying to survive. I’ve been there.     Feeling Meh but Choosing Faith!

    Whether you’re feeling disappointed, like you’ve failed, confused, afraid, anxious, or lonely…know that you’re human & completely normal. By choosing to hear, speak and encourage yourself with God’s Word, you can help tackle those feelings of inadequacies. In this episode, I sprinkle in a handful or two of scriptures that comfort me (when wildfires & smoke are all around) with hopes they will also comfort you when you’re feeling the very opposite of peace and joy.     Making Time for Laughter in Every Season

    Have you ever belly laughed until you cried, and then said, “Oh, I needed that laugh?” I’m sure you felt 1000 times better, too! Ecclesiastes says there is a time to weep and a time to laugh. Unfortunately, we all experience times we don’t feel like laughing. However, making time to seek out genuine laughter can affect your short and long term health, both mentally and physically. Laughter is medicine, so In this episode, I remind you of a few simple ways you can maintain a cheerful heart regardless of the season you’re in.

    Handling Tough Holidays

    We all have a certain day of the year or holiday that’s especially difficult to face. For me, it’s Mother’s Day, but no matter the day, we have a choice to control how we handle that day. Not to diminish your right to feel and heal, but sometimes you’ve just had enough of being sad, angry or bitter- you want better!
