    JTD Talks……..Mental Check In!!

    What’s up JTDco. It’s so much going on in the world right now and I just wanted to take this time to do a mental check in with you guys. As well as being open and honest about my mental state right now. Being able to talk to you guys is a form of therapy for me but I also mention other ways that has helped me along this journey. I just want all of you to know that no matter what your going through, no matter how bad it is, trouble don’t let always !! So eventually we will be up and out of this “Great depression” (just what I like to call it) and will soon be able to bask in the fruits of our labor. Now I know I have been slacking I’m a few areas of life and hate that I can’t be superwomen and do everything and still feel amazing, but I’m learning that it’s just unrealistic and that I need to prioritize sometime for myself so that I can be the best version of me for everyone around me and I encourage you all to do the same!! I’d love to hear some ways that you guys are implementing self care into your daily routines and just chat down in the podcast notes below letting me know how y’all are feeling and where your mental is today!! I absolutely love talking to you guys and I really hope you enjoy todays podcast.

    What's going on JTD co!!! I am so excited as always to be back with you guys. In this week's podcast episode we will be getting into the nitty-gritty of advertising. I'm going to be sharing how I create my ads as well as how I distribute them across multiple platforms and sales channels. As always I'm going to come through with that JTDco update and shout out some resources for you to use to push your brand forward ! Now I'm dropping some major gems in this one so make sure you listen closely and take notes so that you can use everything I'm telling you to your advantage so that you can grow your business.     What's up JTD co! Welcome to today's podcast. I'm pleased to go into detail about my journey with score and how they are helping me in. I also give you the opportunity to hear from my business mentor and see just exactly how you can get a business mentor for your journey. If you have been a part of JTD and listened to JTD talks then you know that this journey has been going on for months with me and my business mentor, and creating a business plan has been the foundation of our meetings, but he has introduced me to so many other organizations and programs designed to help me and my business succeed such as NAWBO and KEY4WOMEN. In this episode, I will also be updating you guys on some of the partnerships and projects JTDco has been working on as a brand and what we plan to do pushing forward.     What's Up JTD community!! I am always so blessed to be able to bring you guys a new episode. I know the upload schedule is off but I am still trying to find the best time to post for you guys!!     What's Up JTD community!! In today's episode, we are going to be discussing ways to update your business and why it is important to make sure that you stay organized through your business journey. These business tips are geared toward my entrepreneurs who have already made the first few steps toward starting their business, including applying for an EIN, applying for a DUNS number, having a business phone number, address, email, etc. However, if you're still in your brainstorming and planning phase, you should still stick around and take notes so that you can be ahead of the game!!!
