2 besties who wanna talk about music of the Juggalo variety

    Ep. 31 - The Wraith: Shangri-La

    Ep. 31 - The Wraith: Shangri-La

"After all 6 have risen, thy end of time will consume us all". It's a special day, listeners. We've finally reached thy end of ICP's initial journey, from rags to rags that are slightly less dirty. On that fateful day in November 2002, thy clowns released their final Joker Card to thy masses. We've been looking forward to recording this episode, y'all. We talk about what thy Diamond Rain did for thy clowns, how a change in producers might have been for thy best at this juncture, and Mike has an internal crisis. Join us as we take a walk into thy light and meet... Thy Wraith.

    Ep. 30-2 - Q&A

We put out a call to the thousands and thousands of listeners in podcast world. We demanded questions and comments. 4 of you answered the call. And we answered those answers! We read the emails you guys sent to us, enjoyed some stories, and reflected on stuff. Next time you see a brand new episode on your feed, it'll be The Wraith. We'll see you there.

    Ep. 30-1 - Pre-Wraith Discussion

    Ep. 30-1 - Pre-Wraith Discussion

We're almost at the finish line. The end of time is coming. So let's take a tiny detour as we reminisce on the past of ICP. We'll go into a brief overview of the then-to-now (the "now" being 2002"), and we MIGHT even listen to some songs while we're at it! We know you're excited to dive into The Wraith, BUT YOU GOTTA WAIT. JUGGALOS WAITED 10 YEARS FOR IT, YOU CAN WAIT 2 MORE WEEKS.

Ep. 29-2 - The Pendulum (Album)

Ep. 29-2 - The Pendulum (Album)

The Pendulum series had a cool concept. New issue every month, new CD single included. 12 new tracks of goodness. Except it wouldn't really be the case over time. Some tracks would be eventually recycled from over exclusives, but hey, it was a cool idea nonetheless. We go over every track on the complete album, minus the ones that have already shown up on other episodes, and we even check out the rare tracks from issue #7 that didn't get put on the national release for obvious reasons. Does this album have any semblance of a concept? Fuck no. But it's dope in its own way. Strap in and check out... The Pendulum.

Ep. 29-1 - The Pendulum (Comic)

Ep. 29-1 - The Pendulum (Comic)

Mike here, and me, I like comics. Spider-Man is f*****g awesome (Spider-Verse is a go-to for me), and the Power Rangers comics from Boom Studios are dope. You should check those out. While you're heading to your local comic store, you can also see if you can find the subject of this week's episode. We talk about ICP's nationwide foray into the realm of comics. We go over pretty much the whole story of the graphic novel and point out so many goddamn inconsistencies, it makes you wonder if the word "editor" was a title that had a job attached to it. No music with this ep, that's part 2. For now, swing left, swing right, this is... The Pendulum.

Ep. 28 - The Chaos Theory

Ep. 28 - The Chaos Theory

"Chaos theory" is what Ian Malcolm talked about in Jurassic Park. Stuff like the Butterfly Effect. 1 random act can cause an infinite number of side effects. Do you go right or left? Do you play the lottery this week? Do you slap a hobo when you normally wouldn't? Don't do that. That's mean. What does all this have to do with this episode? Honestly, not much, if anything. This episode of Juggalo Judgment, we steadily jump at the debut EP of Slightly Less Violent J, better known as Jumpsteady, the older brother of some clown. Does Mr. Bruce have the same skills his more insane younger sibling possesses? Is his time spent in the military a topic of his music? Does this contain one of if not THE best posse cuts to ever come out of Psychopathic Records to this day? You'll get these answers and then some when we listen to... The Chaos Theory.

Very entertaining podcast for those interested in a misunderstood subculture...

It’s taken me some time to write a review for the fellas who host this podcast, but I’ve been keeping up with them since they first started their mission (heard about them from my Roach Koach Buddies) and have really enjoyed the product they put out. I know a good handful of Juggalo releases from when I was in middle school and high school, and I’ve always found the Juggalo phenomenon very intriguing, so they have re-sparked my interest and it’s fun hearing the episodes on records I am not familiar with since they play snippets from each song on the record and I can then choose to listen to the record on my own based on how I felt about what I heard. I’m also very excited and pleased that they are going through Twiztid’s discography as well, since those guys are sick.

Appreciate the albums they sent me when I won the contest early on! It’s the only physical media of Juggalo culture I currently have in my collection, but they may inspire me to buy some on my own, like buying a new copy of Great Milenko for the CD collection. First heard that on cassette when I was in 6th grade!

Keep cracking those Faygos, my dudes!

I don’t know anything about ICP musically, but Mike and Steve do a good job of getting you up to date while being entertaining. I hope you guys touch on the movies and their days in wrestling in the future.
