    *so sorry for the poor quality!! I was driving* Going through a funk- a weird funk- with no particular reason can make you feel alone and empty. I recorded this as I am going through it so that I can talk about it in real time, not afterwards when I’ve found happiness so I can tell you that you’ll be okay, you’ll get there, I did. No, I wanted to record myself going through it. Hope this helps anybody that relates. Even just having someone who gets it talk about it helps me.. hope it helps you too. Thanks for listening always

    The fear of being left out and the desire to be a part of a crowd you don’t even believe in can control your life and curb your dreams and potential. Don’t let this fear immobilize you and stop you from living your best life. Be happy in what you have, without proving yourself to anybody, even if it means you’re on your own, because, trust me, you’ll attract your dreams by doing you.

    I delved into some research in regret and how the human mind works. We tend to say things like “it’s okay” to lighten the mood or “Girl, get over it- you’re stronger than that!” Yes, (guy or girl) you are stronger than that, but strength doesn’t solve a problem, just fights it off. Unfortunately, regret is not as easy to beat down.
