'Just about Trying' is a space dedicated to all the girls that are certified triers. I intend to discuss the quiet aspect of life, the messy stages of life, navigating our 20s as a young adult and especially faith. This is an honest and authentic space where the aim is for us all to embrace the process of trying and to destigmatise the shame that comes with trying. Trying is the way to success because eventually you will succeed. I hope this podcast encourages you to embrace the process and to take small steps towards your goals and dreams.     We all have goals, dreams that we want to achieve and reach however we all have also surely experienced the period of stillness where it seems nothing is happening despite our efforts. This is where our resilience and perseverance is tested. I discuss on this podcast, the period of stillness I experienced post grad and I share helpful tips on how to deal with this period in your life I pray you are all able to benefit (including me!)
