Meh

Self indulgent and pretty boring. Julia also vocally supports the anti vaxx movement and promotes false information. Pass.

I thoroughly enjoy all the stories from different athletes and enjoy her be my guest episodes as well. Julia is a great host and I find the balance between her telling her own stories and sharing others is perfect.
