    S1E4 - Respectful Care

In this episode we talk about the need to respect all patients and clients, specifically highlighting the LBGTQIA+ community. Several ways to respect people with a uterus (and those without) include using their self-identified pronouns, making no assumptions about their sexual/gender identity, and calling people in when you witness them being disrespectful of others. We also amplify the respectful care work of the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, as well as the Family to Family Support Network. Use this episode as a respectful care conversation starter for your friends, family, and colleagues.
