Keep Sharing

Thank you for starting this podcast!! I’m a 29 year old woman who is in the process of getting diagnosed with ADHD, and it’s so comforting to hear someone else’s experiences that very closely (almost eerily) mirror mine. It’s incredibly validating and reassuring. I know following through with something after the initial glow runs out is difficult, but please keep sharing if you can. You’ve done an amazing job at articulating your story so far. Xoxo

So happy this exists

I’m so glad you’re doing this—love the podcast so far. I feel like I’m in a VERY similar situation as you so it’s so great to hear you talk about your experiences!!!! Especially with the body focused repetitive behaviors (eyelash pulling, lip biting) no one talks enough about those things. Thank you!
