    Clinical and sports psychologists tend to focus on treating ill-health from a mental perspective. There are many treatment modalities and psychologists almost inevitably specialize. Unfortunately, periodization and workout design based on training principles is not part of general psychology curriculums. As a result, there are no toolboxes for mental fitness that use progressive training with overload from foundation to function. And psychologists mostly treat and don't train. 

    In this podcast, we discuss Flow 255, an innovative methodology and technology that was developed by Leon Bax and 2Mynds to help individuals and their coaches train their mental fitness like they train their physical fitness: based on principles of training.
