This is very underrated and most of the times it comes from a place where both parties are afraid to uncover truths about themselves . Sometimes one party is up for communication more than the other unfortunately it has to be both ways to be effective . In this episode I touched on the importance and the damage it can cause ! How we communicate when we are right or wrong matters amd or doesn’t make you any weaker or your partner any stronger . It is very key to be mindful or utterances as this also affects the engergy you let in and the one you keep in instead of letting out . I hope this episode helps you gain strength to seek help if it’s very bad and gain confidence to know that there is strength in still being kind when you are hurt .

But I wasn’t prepared for the rude awakening that what I know is who I am but when it comes to merging with another person being part of your life , there are questions that needed answers and a lot of alignment required to live happily ever after . But majorly a lot of education for the institution called marriage .
