I love gaming, sports and I am an advocate for mental health. I originally started doing Just Man Up because I wanted to help people with what I've learned through my own mental health battles and I want to normalize the conversation around mental health using laughter. I was voted 2003's funniest boy of the class. (best achievement) Just Man Up started as a Podcast which focused on Men's well-being and mental health but has developed into a community/group that does a podcast but also creates videos on YouTube and live streams on Twitch. Now Just Man Up has a group of over 30 supportive and sound men who meet up regularly in Dublin and are trying to bring about positive change in how people view Mental health.
