    Episode 11 is with Wales Rugby legend Sam Warburton! Not only is Sam a sporting inspiration for many athletes of all ages, he also sets a great example of how to conduct yourself as a person. It was an honour to be able to sit down chat with him, and get some extraordinary insights along the way. I really feel that this episode has a great mix of demonstrating what it takes to be an elite athlete, whilst simultaneously showing the cost, and some of the fragilities that comes with that- which I think is important.     Gabe Kircough's Journey To Professional Football In His Twenties | Ep: 10

    Episode 10 is with Gabe Kircough!I met Gabe through a mutual friend (Owen Pritchard from episode 2) and decided to get him on for a conversation about his story.He recently signed for a professional football club after spending all of his time in semi-professional football up to date.Gabe offers some really refreshing insights into his mentality that helped him get to where he is today, and does so with great humility also.Really enjoyed producing this video and I think it's very valuable, especially for those who can relate to Gabe's journey and story.Hope you enjoy :)

    Episode 9 is with Sam O'Sullivan.Sam is an ex professional footballer, who is also a personal trainer and owns his own gym and business "SOS Athletic Excellence".In the episode, we talk about Sam's story, and lots of lessons he's learned from a long and still ongoing career in football, sports, and personal training.I really think this episode has a nice balance of demonstrating what it takes to be successful, combined with an underlying theme of mental wellbeing and balance too.

    Off Script And Unfiltered With Rubin Colwill | Ep: 8- Just A Quick Convo

    This Episode was filmed at the lake with my teammate and good friend Rubin Colwill. Rubin is currently in injury rehab club with me lol... so it seemed like the right time to speak to him and film the conversation for this channel.We tend to have these sorts of conversations quite regularly so filming this one was pretty seamless really.We talk about some thought provoking things in the sporting world, and challenge some of the preconceived ideas of what a sportsperson should look/behave like.Rubin also speaks on his own story, discusses lots of his own thoughts on certain events in his life and career so far.Really hope some people can take something from this and enjoy!Thank you for the continued support :)

    Episode 6 is with Ian Kirkham!Kirks has had a long career as a physio across multiple sports and teams, but I met him when he worked for Cardiff City under 18's.I had my fair share of injury problems at the time and so Kirks' help went a long way in helping set up my career.He is able to share a different perspective to anyone that I've interviewed yet, especially in terms of the injury side of sports and the psychology behind that.Hope you enjoy !

    This episode was filmed a couple of weeks ago at the Cardiff City Academy training facility in Llanrumney with Dane Facey.Dane was my first proper coach at age 9 and coached me all the way up until aged 16. He played a huge part in my development as a person and player.It was lovely to catch up in this episode and throughout the visit, and also speak about some meaningful things in the world of coaching and academies.Can't emphasise enough how much I enjoyed this.Hope you enjoy also (:
