    Sherri Rasmussen

In 1986, 29-year-old nurse Sherri Rasmussen was found dead in the living room of the condo she shared with her husband in Van Nuys. The crime scene looked like a burglary gone terribly wrong—drawers pulled open, valuables scattered, and a brutal struggle that ended in Sherri’s death. But from the very beginning, something didn’t add up. Despite troubling details and early suspicions from Sherri’s family, detectives with the Los Angeles Police Department quickly focused on the burglary theory and the case went cold. For years, the truth about what happened inside that condo remained buried beneath a flawed investigation, overlooked evidence, and one very powerful connection. In Part 1, we walk through the day Sherri was murdered, the initial police investigation, and the red flags that were ignored from the start. Because sometimes the biggest clues are the ones investigators refuse to see. Kouri Richins Trial: Week 1 Recap | Opening Statements & Key Witnesses

Week one of Kouri Richins Murder Trial is officially over— and it did not disappoint. Kouri is charged with the murder of her husband, Eric Richins, the case has already delivered stunning courtroom moments, unexpected strategies, and testimony that could shape the entire outcome. 4. Part 2: Sheri, Garrett, and Gavin Coleman

Part 2: Sheri, Garrett, and Gavin Coleman

In Part One, we uncovered how the murders of Sheri Coleman and her sons, Garett and Gavin Coleman, were initially blamed on a mysterious stalker. But in Part Two, the narrative completely collapses. As investigators closed in on Chris Coleman, the digital evidence became impossible to ignore. Emails. Timelines. Surveillance footage. The very threats meant to prove his innocence instead exposed a calculated attempt to control the story. In court, prosecutors laid out a devastating case: the staged break-in, the manufactured hate messages, the affair that added motive, and the financial pressure building behind closed doors. What the public once saw as a grieving husband was now being examined under oath. This wasn’t just about what happened inside that Columbia, Illinois home in May 2009. It was about premeditation. About image. About a man who believed he could outsmart investigators. 5. Sheri, Garett, and Gavin Coleman

    FEB 17

    Sheri, Garett, and Gavin Coleman

The 2009 murders of Sheri Coleman and her sons, Garett and Gavin Coleman, in Columbia, Illinois, shocked the nation. Known as the Chris Coleman case, what was first reported as a stalker killing would later be exposed as a carefully orchestrated deception. At first, the story was terrifying. Threatening messages appeared. A family claimed they were being targeted. A husband insisted someone was hunting them. But as investigators dug deeper, the evidence began to tell a different story. What unfolded was not a random act of violence — it was a staged narrative built to mislead law enforcement and the public. The digital trail, the timeline inconsistencies, and the unraveling lies would ultimately point back to the very person who claimed to fear for his family’s safety. This isn’t a story about a faceless stalker It’s a story about control, manipulation, and three lives that deserved protection — not betrayal. Sheri was a mother. Garett and Gavin were young boys with their entire futures ahead of them. Their names deserve to be remembered. In the digital age, artificial intelligence promised helpers, companions, and tools that could reshape how we live, learn, and connect. But what happens when those tools blur the line between support and harm? In this episode we confront one of the most urgent controversies in tech: the growing evidence that AI character platforms — including OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Character.AI — may pose serious risks to young people’s mental health. As lawsuits mount and regulators scramble to respond, families are stepping forward with heartbreaking stories that no one can ignore. We explore landmark legal battles — including the Raine v. OpenAI wrongful-death lawsuit filed after a 16-year-old’s suicide allegedly linked to conversations with ChatGPT — and high-profile wrongful death claims against Character.AI, where families allege teen users were drawn into emotionally manipulative interactions that escalated into self-harm and suicide This episode isn’t just about technology — it’s about the very real human consequences of design decisions made in Silicon Valley and beyond. For the families left behind, justice means change, accountability, and a reckoning with what unchecked AI can cost us all. Thank you all for another sold out show we can't wait to see everyone Friday night!!
