The Supreme Court has, in substance, converted American democracy into a monarchy. The court's holding in Trump v. United States enables a president to direct his attorney general to detain the president's political enemies without charges, without evidence, and without due process, and then pardon his attorney general for the crimes he committed at the president's direction. In the case of Trump v. United States, the Supreme Court quite literally ruled that portions of our Constitution are unconstitutional. This is a gross abuse of judicial power by six Supreme Court justices.
