Karate Kitchen is an all new Pod with three old guys discussing (and occasionally moaning about) the state of karate in the modern world. It's not just a rehash of the Bunkai Bastards Pod (honest!), it just looks a bit like it because it's the same guys doing the same stuff in the same format, other than that it's all new!
