Court reverses prior ruling, Decides to seal more documents per Jan. 29, 2026 Order

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning a court order that was rendered on January 29, 2026 - the first filing on the docket in over 3 weeks - which grants the State's Motion to Reconsider Unsealing Documents per the 3rd Court Order to unseal issued October 16, 2025. The same relates to documents under seal from Jan., Feb. and March 2025 including evidence. In doing so, the Court has reversed a decision to unseal specific documents contained in a December 18, 2025 order. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment ICongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. The Public Has Been Heard by SCOTUS RE: "Miscarriage of Justice"

Here, we provide pure opinions, commentary and speculating following defense expert Sy Ray's recent statements to the effect Mr. Kohberger may be seeking to appeal his conviction based on a "miscarriage of justice" the legal standard announced by SCOTUS recently in Hunter v. US, the case decided 8-1 on June 18, 2026 which gave birth to the "miscarriage of justice" standard when defendants sign away appellate rights as Mr. Kohberger did. We provide pure opinions and comments regarding the important role the public plays in the criminal justice system that was before SCOTUS in Hunter and the language of the Hunter standard to assert the public's interests have been heard. Ms. Smart Wants Her 1991 Conviction Thrown Out

Here, we provide commentary, opinions and pure speculation regarding the 1991 conviction of New Hampshire teacher Pamela Smart who was accused of convincing her 15 year student to un-alive her 23 year old husband, Gregory Smart. This past week, Ms. Smart was back in a New Hampshire courtroom at a hearing on her Petition for Habeas Corpus in seeking to have her conviction thrown out. Ryan Upchurch Seeks to Have $17.5 M Judgment Thrown Out

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning a federal defamation lawsuit filed by the father and grandfather of teenager Kiely Rodni who disappeared and was tragically found un-alived in 2022 against on-line content creator/musician Ryan Upchurch resulting in a verdict following jury trial in the amount of $17.5 million.
