    Episode 8: The 20 Something Realm and How to Get Through it

    On this weeks solo episode I introduce you to my newly authored "20 Something Realm" and the three tiers that follow under its structure. I explain the different phases we endure in our early twenties, and how I currently find myself in tier 2: the lost stage. After describing what the 20 Something Realm is, and how it applies to us twenty-somethings in a variety of ways, I then provide a quick "how to" plan to get through it. Touching on things from simply having a more positive mindset, appreciating what you currently have even if its not where you want to be, or even how a 28 minute walk can cure this feeling of daze or confusion, I'm here to serve as your voice of reasoning through these different experiences we universally find ourselves in.

    Episode 7: Creativity, Passion, and All the in Between w/ Hayden Von Almen

    This week I sit down with recording artist Hayden Von Almen and we get into the nitty gritty of producing creative work and what it means to be someone pursuing a creative field. Hayden reveals how he approaches his creativity and how passion plays a role in producing authentic, organic, and artistic work. We talk all things spirituality, how our social climate responds to creative work, and why individuals should turn their fear into love for what they do.     Episode 6: Why is Dating in Your 20s So Damn Hard? - An Analysis

    Kayli chooses 2020 Adultist article "Why Is Dating So Hard In Your 20s?" by Melissa Pallotti to advocate for and explain why dating in your twenties faces so many obstacles and potential hardships for fellow twenty-somethings. Offering her own analysis and perspective on advice offered by Pallotti, Kayli explains her own interpretation of what these obstacles are and how to combat them. With using Pallotti's top nine reasons, contribution and personal opinions from followers, and her own experiences, Kayli provides an episode with all sorts of relatable hurdles and solutions for those dating in a similar scene.

    Episode 5: Before the 'Best' Four

    With school coming up, Kayli sits down and recollects the things she learned in her recent experience of her undergrad, and shares a few anecdotes as well as pieces of advice for those still in college, or going into it. With some contribution from friends and followers, she discusses valuable lessons she wished she knew going into college, in hopes of providing support and guidance to those who are in similar positions and may be dealing with the anxiety that is college - whatever their experience looks like.

    Episode 4: Are You There God? It's Me, Kayli

    For the first time, Kayli does a solo episode where she talks about this phenomenon of a "second puberty" that girls in their young twenties experience. She refers back to the 1970 Judy Blume novel, "Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret," which focuses on a young girls pubescent pre-teen years, and how this "first" puberty parallels with a woman's second puberty. Kayli brings in notes from girlfriends of hers and shares experiences and situations young twenty year old's are currently dealing with, so that other twenty-somethings can feel comfort in this turbulent time. Kayli's discussion ranges from periods to boobs to body changes and birth control and all the in between.

    This week Kayli sits down Aurora Rudd, her previous Co-Host on Two Peas and a Pod, and the two discuss body image and issues that they have personally dealt with, how college impacted their relationships with food and proper nutrition, and other contributing factors to leading a healthy lifestyle. Kayli and Aurora share a vulnerable perspective about how "food is fuel" and why they advocate for nourishing your body, not comparing yourself to others on social media, and listening to what your body needs.

In doing so, the two also reveal red flags that they have encountered and specific things they advise others to avoid and or make a point of in the early stages of dating.

The two talk about the process of coming out of college and developing their own podcasts, as well as the goals and fears of becoming a content creator. Wyatt shares his story of creating GoodTime amidst the pandemic and how he made GoodTime what it is now. Wyatt also reveals his advice for those pursuing a similar route, how he grew the GoodTime media platform from the beginning, along with how he navigated the route of his own individual content creation as a whole.
