    Jaime is a mental health expert that specializes in toxic recovery. She helps people unlearn people pleasing, process through generational trauma as well as confidently lay boundaries. She teaches her clients how to recognize toxic traits and behaviors (in themselves and others). She is a licensed mental health therapist in the state of New York and also a relational coach that helps her clients build skills that society doesn’t teach them.
