Mark and Julie You can give us feedback at feedback@ketokampers.com Find us on You Tube Keto Kampers Facebook KetoKampers Page Now Foods Glucomannan powder https://amzn.to/30cD20F Pasta press https://amzn.to/2LGQ2Tn Keto Noodles (Konjac Root) 2 ½ cups cool water 1 ½ - 2 Tbsp Glucomannan powder In a medium bowl add water and glucomannan powder and whisk together Let sit for 15 minutes, then do the “trench” test – the mixture should close the gap slowly. Place in the microwave and warm to above room temperature. Add the pickling lime and water mixture to the gel. ½ tsp pickling lime 1 Tbsp water Mix until gel becomes firm then spoon into a plastic pasta press, lower the end of the pasta press into boiling water. Press approx. 6 inches into the water and cut with a knife stirring after each cut. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain and dry fry in an ungreased pan and reduce to 50% volume. Add sauce and the noodles will absorb the sauce. Add any other ingredients and enjoy! Calories 0 Fat 0 Carb 2 Fiber 2 Protein 0 Net carb 0

Add the remaining ingredients to the dry and mix well. Divide the batter into 2 greased 12 oz. mugs. Microwave one at a time for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes. Mark and Julie You can give us feedback at feedback@ketokampers.com Find us on Instagram Keto_Kampers You Tube Keto Kampers Facebook KetoKampers Page Twitter @kampersketo Chocolate Keto mug cake Ingredients 4 tbs Almond Flour 2 tbs Coco powder 1/3 cup Erythritol 1 tsp Backing powder 2 pinched of Salt ½ tsp Vanilla 2 Eggs beaten 3 tbs Butter non salt melted 10/15 drops Stevia ¼ cup Chocolate chips  Coconut oil or butter to grease 16 oz mugs Combine all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add all wet ingredients, mix well. Pour ½ of chocolate chip in to bottom of both mugs. Divide batter in to mugs that are well greased. Microwave separately for 50 seconds to 1 minute, depending on microwave wattage. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Then enjoy.
