    [42] La Concordance de Script et la Formation par Concordance : Des origines aux nouvelles applications

    Dans cet épisode de KeyLIME+, Adam s'entretient avec le Dr Bernard Charlin à propos de la théorie de la concordance de script, une approche permettant de comprendre et d'évaluer le raisonnement clinique dans des contextes médicaux incertains et complexes. Ils explorent comment le test de concordance de script saisit certaines des nuances de la prise de décision en situation réelle en analysant la manière dont les cliniciens ajustent leur réflexion face à de nouvelles informations.
