Tony shares information on alternative ways to personally assess ideal weight, how to increase exercise with a busy schedule, what exercises can target problem areas and why it's not good to focus on just losing weight. The team also probes how important the role of faith is in helping caregivers sustain and motivate them to continue providing unpaid care.
