Christopher Fulce was taken into custody after a fight broke out between him and his son Charlin Fulce over the adoption of another family member. Troy Mapes was found at 10:30 p.m. in Crawford Park Feb. 19 after being struck by an SUV. Mapes was pronounced dead about three hours later at Memorial Hospital.
